The team at Living Light Massage is dedicated to the community and therefore recognizes that each charitable event and fundraiser benefits a worthwhile cause. We truly wish we could donate to everyone who asks. Unfortunately we are unable to do so due to the large number of requests received each year.
If you would like Living Light to consider your request for a donation, download and complete our form (link below). The form can be submitted via fax, mail or in person.
To support our community as much as possible, we request you to adhere to the following:
- Form must be received 4-6 weeks prior to the event or fundraiser.
- All requests approved will be gift certificates for a specific value amount and are not redeemable for cash.
- Please include an official printed flyer, posting or mailing of the event.
Please note: Due to the large number of submissions we are unable to respond to each donation request. If your request is approved, you will be contacted.
