SERIES TERMS & CONDITIONS
Series Sessions:
- Expire one year from the date of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Are non-refundable and have no cash value.
- May be shared with friends and family with consent from package purchaser.
- Cannot be combined with any promotion, incentive or special. Sessions redeemed as part of a package do not qualify for the frequent massage card program.
- Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, failure to do so will result in forfeiture of session.
- May not be used to purchase gift certificates.
Premium service package may be used for deep tissue, Ashiatsu, Thai Yoga or sport massage, the basic service package may be used for relaxation, pregnancy, or energy balancing session ONLY. Package type must be chosen at the time of purchase and cannot be changed once package is purchased.
