Living Light Massage & Wellness Center was founded in 2000. Our new location in downtown Traverse City is beautifully decorated and has a warm and tranquil atmosphere that offers six treatment rooms. We accommodate individuals, groups and special events. To cater to busy lives and schedules, our center is open 7 days a week by appointment.
Our center is home to a highly trained and talented group of professional therapists. We accommodate the individual needs of our clients with a variety of unique modalities. The highly skilled massage therapists on our team are certified from some of the finest schools in the nation and take pride in pursuing continued education to learn new techniques and specialties.
We are dedicated to helping clients maintain their health and achieve a balanced lifestyle, not only through the healing benefits of massage, but also by teaching techniques that can help the body deal with the stresses of life, both physically and mentally. Recognizing that every client is unique, our therapists are committed to ensuring that individual needs are met.

Thai Yoga Massage
Developed over the millennia in Buddhist temples, Thai Yoga massage has been practiced in the East for centuries. Thai Yoga massage is a fusion of acupressure, energy work and yoga-like stretching. The practitioner guides the recipient through a series of yoga postures while incorporating massage techniques, acupressure and energy work. This comprehensive, full-body treatment relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body both energetically and physically. This treatment is performed fully clothed on a floor mat. Loose, comfortable and flexible clothing is recommended.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours' notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be billed 50% of the reserved services should you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice. Failure to show for appointments will result in a 100% charge for reserved services.
